Amvic ICF R22

Available in core thicknesses 4-12,” in a variety of configurations, factory assembled (straight, 45-degree corner, 90-degree corner, tee, brick ledge, taper top and any radius your design demands). Tested to be the strongest form on the market. 6” O.C. web spacing, fully reversible design, and 1.5 PCF EPS make this form the most user friendly ICF you can find.

Amvic™ ICF R22 is a cost-effective ICF block providing excellent performance and value to any construction project. The combination of patented FormLock™ interlock and reversible block makes for a fast and easy installation, while considerably reducing job site waste. A wide range of available forms and core sizes allows for limitless design possibilities.

Amvic ICF R30

The newest line of enhanced performance insulated concrete forms (EPICF). Completely factory assembled, reversible, incredibly robust and with an R-30 wall assembly rating. Available with 6” and 8” core thicknesses.

Amvic™ ICF R30 is a higher performance ICF block where EPS panel thickness has been increased by 30% making it the highest R-value of any factory assembled block in the industry. The patented FormLock™ interlock has also been improved with the addition of integrated drainage channels. The Amvic™ ICF R30 block is designed to meet the ever-increasing energy efficiency requirements.

Amdeck: Insulated Concrete Floor and Roof System

Amvic’s Amdeck system is an insulated, stay-in-place concrete form that can be used for virtually any floor or roof construction. It is compatible with any wall type that would normally be used with typical concrete slab. It is a 4-in-1 system offering structure, insulation, sound attenuation and finished attachment. Amdeck is a cost-effective, resilient and environmentally friendly construction system helping revolutionize modern construction and change the way we build.

This innovative modular system uses beam pocket cutouts in the foam to create a one-way concrete slab allowing the designer to maximize the clear spans. The system has integrated joists that are used to support temporary construction loads and provide a surface for interior finish attachment. Amdeck Pro reduces temporary shoring requirements while Amdeck Eco follows typical shoring requirements for concrete slabs. Amdeck can be used in a horizontal or sloped configuration for floors and roofs with typical finished unsupported clear spans up to 30’ (9.1m). It is perfectly suited for use with ICF walls or independently with other structural system
